What to Know Webinar on USDA Discrimination Financial Assistance Program

The new USDA’s Discrimination Financial Assistance Program makes $2.2 billion available to assist farmers, ranchers, and landowners who can show that they experienced discrimination prior to January 1, 2021, in USDA Farm Loan Programs.
As the deadline to apply quickly approaches, join the Farmers’ Legal Action Group and UMES Extension’s Agriculture Law Education Initiative to learn more about the program, including how to determine if you’re eligible for assistance and important information about how to apply for the program. The webinar will be held Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, from 1-2 p.m.
