Biography

Tim Kerr is a Natural Resource Planner for the Land and Materials Administration of the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE). He is currently working on implementing the food residuals diversion program at MDE. Tim is a Maryland native originally from Howard County and currently he and his family live in Baltimore City. A teacher for most of the last 20 years, he graduated with a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy and an M.S. in Earth and Space Science Education from Johns Hopkins University.
