Biography
Marta joined the ALEI team as a program coordinator in March 2020. In her role, Marta plans and coordinates ALEI meetings and events, manages the ALEI website, and works on special projects for the initiative. Before joining ALEI, Marta worked as an Academic Program Specialist at the University of Maryland’s A. James Clark School of Engineering. Marta has an extensive background in education including working for French Ministry of Education, the International Baccalaureate, the College Board, and George Mason University. In addition to her work with ALEI Marta teaches Zumba classes multiple times a week and she is currently pursuing a Masters degree in International Education Policy at the University of Maryland College Park.
